What to write about
- A wrong score. Include the chain, the full contract address, the “checked at” time on the report, and which row looks wrong. The report’s “report a wrong score” link does this, or use this email draft.
- A stale fee or a wrong product fact. Include the page on this site and the venue’s own page. Use this email draft if that is easier.
- A broken page, a privacy question, or a takedown request that names the sentence.
Do not send a seed phrase, a private key, or a screenshot of either. We cannot reverse a transaction, and we do not want the secret. Messages that ask us to recover a wallet will not get a recovery. They will get a refusal.
What happens next
There is no support desk and no guaranteed reply time. Mail is read. Factual corrections that cite a public source are the messages we act on first. When a correction checks out, the page is updated and its reviewed date moves. A score that is wrong because a source glitched, or because a known asset was missing from the allowlist, is a code change. The methodology describes the rules the report is following, which is the fastest way to see whether a row is a bug or a real flag.
We do not offer account support for Coinbase, Kraken, or any other company listed here. Logins, missing withdrawals, and frozen exchange accounts belong with that company.
