Privacy policy

Perchance does not offer accounts. The token checker is the only feature that sends something you type to a server.
Token checks
When you run a check, the contract address and the chain you picked are sent to our server, then to GoPlus, honeypot.is on Ethereum-style chains, DexScreener, and RugCheck on Solana. Those services see the address. A contract address is public. It is still worth knowing where it goes.
Do not paste a seed phrase or a private key. The checker rejects values with spaces and values that look like a private key. We do not want them, and we do not ask for them.
What stays in the browser
Your browser remembers the cookie choice and whether you picked a light or dark theme. Those choices stay on your device. The theme choice does not control ads.
Advertising
Google AdSense may show ads on these pages and may set cookies. If you accept the banner, Perchance can also show an ad. If you reject it, that ad stays off.
Visitors in the EEA, the UK, and Switzerland need a certified consent tool before personalized ads. Google's Privacy & messaging tool is one free option. The banner on this site only remembers whether you accepted or rejected ads on this device. It is not that certified tool.
Contact
The contact form opens your email app. It does not post the message to our server. Write to hello@perchance.gg if you want a fact corrected.
